Most of our orders ship via UPS. However, if the gift basket weighs less than 5 pounds, we may ship via USPS.

We are happy to offer a flat rate for shipping. The cost is dependent on the size and weight of the gift box. There will be some gift baskets that will be less depending on our cost. You will always see the amount of shipping for each gift basket on the cart page for that gift basket.

We ship from Lancaster, PA, and shipping time depends on the zone in which the delivery is going. Most states along the east coast will have a one to two day delivery. Midwest usually between 3-5 days and the west coast 5-7 days. Depending on the expected delivery time, we will wrap your gift basket with foil protection and add the appropriate ice to maintain the highest possible freshness.

Shipping is done by UPS. If the adderess is verified by UPS, submit a request to our contact inbox. If the address is not verified, reshipping the item may require a charge to reship and replace items. UPS will sometimes hold packages and notify customers of address related issues.
